EMBA CES Phase 1 establishes a clean foundation: SIS-aligned course records, role-based access, and a full audit trail. The Teaching Staff surface below shows how the Phase 2 scope from § 7 of the requirement specification will plug in without re-architecture.

Course materials
Upload syllabi, slide decks, pre-readings and worked examples. Materials inherit the course's bilingual metadata and are visible to enrolled students from their course page.

Why include the Teaching surface in the mockup?

Showing this surface signals to HKUBS that the Phase 1 architecture (roles, courses, classes, sessions and the audit log) is already designed to host Phase 2 capabilities — homework submission, grading and attendance — without a rebuild.
